NMHC set aside a block of rooms for meeting attendees, with a cut-off date of Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Please specify that you will be attending the NMHC Apartment Technology Conference & Exposition when speaking to the reservations agent in order to receive the special room rate of $279.00 single/double occupancy per night (plus applicable taxes).

Since we anticipate selling out our entire room block at the JW Marriott, if your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation there, please contact Deanita Holland directly at dholland@nmhc.org before canceling with the hotel so she may reassign your room to another NMHC member on the hotel's wait list, if one is established.
