NMHC’s Apartment Technology Conference registration is open to NMHC members and non-members. Conference attendance fees or waiver do not include hotel room charges. Attendance will be limited to encourage high peer-to-peer exchange. Firms whose principal business is owning, developing or managing apartments may send an unlimited number of participants. All other firms are requested to limit their presence to six (6) attendees. The registration policy is as follows:
OWNERS/DEVELOPERS/MANAGERS (unlimited registrations):
- NMHC Executive Committee Members: receive three (3) complimentary registrations and may register additional representatives for a fee of $300 each;
- NMHC Board of Directors Members: receive one (1) complimentary registration and may register additional representatives for a fee of $300 each;
- NMHC Advisory Committee and Associate Members: may register representatives for a fee of $300 each.
ALL OTHER FIRMS (maximum of six (6) registrations):
- NMHC Executive Committee Members: receive three (3) complimentary registrations and may register up to three (3) additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
- NMHC Board of Directors Members: receive one (1) complimentary registration and may register up to five (5) additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
- NMHC Advisory Committee and Associate Members: may register up to six (6) representatives for a fee of $600 each;
NON-MEMBERS (maximum of six (6) registrations):
- Non-Members: may register up to six (6) representatives for $1,200 each.
SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS (maximum of six (6) registrations):
- PAC Elite and participants in the 2009 Chairman’s Circle: receive four (4) additional complimentary registrations;
- Friends of The Council and Major Sponsors ($10,000 or more): receive two (2) additional complimentary registrations;
- Sponsors (less than $10,000): receive one (1) additional complimentary registration;
- Exhibitors: receive three (3) additional complimentary registrations. Booth “set-up and dismantle” personnel are not required to register, provided they are not attending the conference.
Registration closes on October 30, 2009. Member registration is contingent upon membership dues being current. Written requests for refunds that were received in the NMHC office by Friday, October 30, are entitled to a full refund. No refunds will be given after Friday, October 30, 2009.
Note: Exhibitors are required to register their booth personnel in order to receive a badge.
Please be advised that the Property/Risk Management Forum will be held independently of the Apartment Technology Conference. Separate registration is required to attend each meeting.
