Alec comes from a strong background in capital markets and multifamily real estate. He graduated from the University of Miami, where he double majored in Finance and Legal Studies, and further advanced his expertise with a Master’s in Finance from Vanderbilt University.

Before joining Multihousing, Alec worked at Greystone Servicing LLC, where he provided underwriting and transaction management for capital placements on multifamily transactions totaling over $500 million. His extensive experience in financing enables Multihousing to analyze optimal capital solutions that maximize returns while minimizing risk for both the company and its partners.

At Multihousing, Alec's responsibilities include deal screening for prospective acquisitions, asset management, portfolio valuation, disposition analysis & coordination, and active management during repositioning efforts to ensure the swift and effective creation of value.
