Tim McLendon works as an Analyst for Eastside Equities, identifying and valuing prospective acquisitions. He holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and Economics from The University of Pittsburgh. He is currently working towards a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), anticipating graduation on June 19 th , 2019. Before transitioning into Real Estate, Tim achieved success in transporting goods globally while working as a Logistics Broker for a privately held freight management firm. He understands the driving force behind business and views new challenges as opportunities to succeed.
Sharon Harrelson has 22 years experience within the affordable residential real estate industry and currently focuses primarily on all aspects of operations and property management for Eastside Equities & Multi Housing Management. Eastside Equities has been involved in over 70 acquisitions and or dispositions of apartment communities throughout the Southeast Region of US.
Sharon is Certified Nationally as a Tax Credit Specialist and has overseen the management, operations and compliance for thousands of multi family housing units. Her experience also includes transitioning real estate acquisitions and dispositions of apartment communities in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Texas. Current focus includes new additions in Alabama, Mississippi and Luisiana.
Sharon works closely with VHDA, NCHFA, SCHFA as well as other state and federal regulatory agencies and has had in-depth training in North Carolina & South Carolina. Sharon has an outstanding record of successfully completing annual audits each year for the last 9 consecutive years.

Miguel is a Master HVAC mechanic with extensive knowledge in all aspects of the construction and maintenance industry. With a desire for HUD Compliance and Real Estate Jim Kosiara has been in the multifamily and management industries for over 23-years. For the past three years, Jim has been building his HUD Consulting business and guiding Management Agents and Owners through the HUD approval process by developing and maintaining HUD database content, mitigating HUD flag violations, developing Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans (AFHMP), Limited English Proficiency/Language Assistance Plans (LEP/LAP), preparing site team members for upcoming MOR & REAC inspections and responding to any violations and inquiries. Jim works closely with HUD Project Managers and local agency Contract Administrators nation-wide to ensure program compliance for all HUD related managed assets including conventional FHA insured and Section 8 HAP assets.
In early 2019 Jay Biggins hired Jim as a Consultant to obtain HUD approval for his Rivergate acquisition in Tampa, FL and in July of 2020 both partnered to create Tenement Managing Group LLC which is now a HUD approved Management Agent.
Developing positions and HUD programs for top Management Agents, Jim has served in the following roles: VP of Compliance – US Residential Group, Director of HUD Services – Greystar/Riverstone Residential Group and OneSite software conversion, site readiness, Project Manager and Program Director for the Resident Services Coordinator Program at AIMCO. At AIMCO, Jim led the NAHMA Communities of Quality (COQ) program and earned AIMCO the status or Corporate Partner where 55% of the portfolio achieved COQ designation and increased the number of Neighborhood Network Centers by 230%.
Griffin graduated from the University of Florida in 2016. After being awarded his degree in economics, he gained two years of experience in finance, specifically in investment banking for Deutsche bank. In 2018, Griffin became a licensed real-estate agent as his interest in the industry sparked. Since, he has successfully identified and acquired undervalued multi-family, single family, and commercial assets for redevelopment in Jacksonville and South Florida.
